Client Policies
To ensure the best experience for all clients and allow our team to deliver services to the highest standard, we kindly ask that all clients read and understand the following policies before booking.
Appointments & Bookings
All appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. New clients and selected services may require a consultation prior to booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a charge or loss of deposit. This policy helps us manage our schedule and offer availability to other clients.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you where possible. However, your treatment time may be reduced or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.
Deposits
Deposits may be required for certain services, including colour, hair extensions and longer appointments. Deposits are non-refundable and are deducted from the total cost of your service on the day.
Consultations & Suitability
Consultations allow us to assess suitability, discuss expectations and recommend the most appropriate services. Results may vary depending on hair type, condition and previous treatments.
Aesthetics & Advanced Treatments
A consultation is required prior to all aesthetic treatments. Certain treatments may not be suitable for all clients, and suitability will always be assessed in line with professional guidelines.
Personal Belongings
While every care is taken, The Cosmetologist cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the salon.
Children in the Salon
For health and safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times while in the salon.
Food & Drink
To maintain a clean, comfortable and professional environment for all clients, we kindly ask that food is not consumed during appointments.
Complimentary refreshments may be offered during your visit. If you have a medical requirement that necessitates eating or drinking, please let our team know and we will be happy to accommodate where possible.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where we believe it is in the best interest of the client, our team or the condition of the hair or skin.
